Telehealth Appointments Available.
Mercy Doctors Medical Group offers Telehealth visits to our patients for many routine and follow-up needs. Some appointments may still require an in-person visit. Our staff can help you decide what type of visit is recommended for your circumstances. Call us to schedule or find out if a Telehealth visit is right for you. Telehealth services will be billed through your insurance. Depending on your insurance carrier, standard insurance copays and deductibles may still apply to Telehealth visits as if you were seen in the office.

Please note:
Open Enrollment for the Health Insurance Marketplace is from November 1, 2025 through January 15, 2026.
Medicare Open Enrollment is from October 15, 2025 through December 7, 2025
ENROLL BY DECEMBER 15th TO HAVE COVERAGE THAT STARTS JANUARY 1st, 2026.
Important: Check with your insurance company’s Member Services Department, a trusted insurance broker, or the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) to confirm that your PCP and/or your specialists are in-network with your insurance plan to ensure continuity of care.
Most insurance plans accepted. Please call your insurance company’s Member Services Department, insurance broker or the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) to make sure that your doctor is in network with your plan.
Medicare
In-network provider for most PPO plans (Blue Cross, Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, etc.). Please confirm your Primary Care Physician and any specialists’ Network Participation with your insurance carrier’s Member Services Department.
Primary Care Physicians (PCP) under Hill Physicians Medical Group (HMO) and Brown and Toland Medical Group (Selected doctors)
NOTE: BEGINNING IN 2026, MERCY DOCTORS MEDICAL GROUP WILL NO LONGER BE IN-NETWORK WITH UNITED HEALTHCARE MEDICARE ADVANTAGE HMO THROUGH HILL PHYSICIANS. TO CONTINUE TO SEE YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER, PLEASE CHOOSE A HEALTH PLAN WITH A PROVIDER NETWORK THAT INCLUDES YOUR DOCTOR(S).
